I have been sick for over a week! Yuck!!! I am so ready to feel better, but it seems my body has other plans!

Here is a scrapbook layout that I made last week to document my daughter, Makenzie’s, love for ballet…..

Super simple seems to be my style these days!!!

Have a  great weekend!

I made this card so long ago but never could remember to photograph and blog it! I hope it was worth the wait! lol It is a super simple 3×3 card made using the new Bird Punch and the sale-a-bration DSP. I forgot to photographer the inside, but I stamped the sentiment "Happy Bird Day." He he he

A simple layout about my 4 year old’s piano recital…

I am noticing that I am really addicted to these one picture layouts! Whatever works and gets the story told!

My card today is just like the card I made last week. I just took away the rhinestones and added more butterflies. I was trying to make the card cheaper to make so that I could make it in bulk for birthdays in my bible study group.

School and kids have made it very difficult for me to keep up with my scrapbook the past couple of months!!! But I finally got a layout made!

It’s super simple! But I think it lets the photos shine.

My 4 year daughter, Danika helped me to make this card for a birthday party we went to on Saturday. Danika is a Hannah Montanah fan and so we couldn’t stop singing Butterfly Fly Away while making this card!!! It is still stuck in my head!

I love this card but it was NOT my idea. I CASED it from the very talented Andrea Walford. I just changed the papers and colors a little bit.

Here is a close up of those super cute butterflies that I cut with my big shot and my new butterfly embosslet (from the mini catalog)…

This card was so easy to make that I am going to make a bunch more just like it so that I am stocked up on female birthday cards!!! It will be a good rainy day project for me and my sweet girls.

Have a fabulous Monday!

I can’t believe I haven’t posted in so long. Well I guess I can believe it. It has been insane around my house these past 2 weeks! My kids have had so many doctor and specialist appointments! Plus I have been doing my classroom observations for school. I have been running around all day and sleeping like a rock all night. No stamping time for me :( The card I have today, I actually made nearly 3 weeks ago and it just took this long to get it photographed and posted. But I love the card so I think it is worth the wait!

Everyone has been making various versions of these little paper flowers and so I had to try it out myself! I am in love! You can expect to see more of these bad boys!!!! I made mine using patterned paper from SU! and 4 different sized circle punches. Then I just crumpled the paper really good and then stuck them together with a brad in the center. I added a cute button for some decoration but you could just leave it with the brad. I also added some leaves with my oval punch. Here is a close up…..

I love the curvy look of my sentiment. It is a set new to me from the SU! mini catalog.

Hope you all have a great weekend! I am looking foward to some down time. Maybe even some stamp time!
