My 4 year daughter, Danika helped me to make this card for a birthday party we went to on Saturday. Danika is a Hannah Montanah fan and so we couldn’t stop singing Butterfly Fly Away while making this card!!! It is still stuck in my head!

I love this card but it was NOT my idea. I CASED it from the very talented Andrea Walford. I just changed the papers and colors a little bit.

Here is a close up of those super cute butterflies that I cut with my big shot and my new butterfly embosslet (from the mini catalog)…

This card was so easy to make that I am going to make a bunch more just like it so that I am stocked up on female birthday cards!!! It will be a good rainy day project for me and my sweet girls.

Have a fabulous Monday!

I can’t believe I haven’t posted in so long. Well I guess I can believe it. It has been insane around my house these past 2 weeks! My kids have had so many doctor and specialist appointments! Plus I have been doing my classroom observations for school. I have been running around all day and sleeping like a rock all night. No stamping time for me :( The card I have today, I actually made nearly 3 weeks ago and it just took this long to get it photographed and posted. But I love the card so I think it is worth the wait!

Everyone has been making various versions of these little paper flowers and so I had to try it out myself! I am in love! You can expect to see more of these bad boys!!!! I made mine using patterned paper from SU! and 4 different sized circle punches. Then I just crumpled the paper really good and then stuck them together with a brad in the center. I added a cute button for some decoration but you could just leave it with the brad. I also added some leaves with my oval punch. Here is a close up…..

I love the curvy look of my sentiment. It is a set new to me from the SU! mini catalog.

Hope you all have a great weekend! I am looking foward to some down time. Maybe even some stamp time!

A fun little Valentine that I made using a stamp I got for $1 at Michaels…..

I am super busy and stressed with my school work. And sadly, I must say goodbye today to a very special friend who is moving. I have a feeling today is not going to a good day :(

I re photographed some cards to show ya!

The card I have for you today is one of the make and takes from my Stampin’ Up! party from a little over a week ago. My friend, Jill, did a great job with the make and takes. She knows that I love the Season of Frienship stamp set!!!

I was excited to try one of the new punches! And of course I ordered it!!! And my order is in and Jill is bringing it to me tomorrow. I am so excited and can’t wait to get stamping!!!

I have a super simple card to share today that is all Stampin’ Up……

I am such a fan of brown and pink. They are happy colors for a mommy of 3 girls!

As I look at this card I am thinking about a very special friend who is moving away in 2 weeks. I am selfishly so sad to see her leave as she is one of those friends that is always there when you need her. Thanks to Facebook, we will still "talk" often I am sure……but it’s never the same as seeing her and her sweet babies! So anyone who lives in Nashville- you are about to get one super awesome family heading your way.

Hope you have a fantastic day! I am heading out to get my hair cut and colored so it is a happy day for me!

Thanks for the sweet comments you have been leaving me this past week. I am so happy to be making time to stamp and blog again! So fun!

Today I have a very simple Valentine card to show you. I made a couple of these in just a few minutes!

I made the hearts with a SU punch. The pearls are from the SU Pretties kit. But guess what- I found half back pearls. Michaels sells them now! And they have adhesive backs. And they come in lots of colors. Sweet! Obviously someone from Michaels was reading my blog and decided to make me extra happy by selling half back pearls! ;) LOL

Growing up, I was in LOVE with strawberries! Anytime there were strawberries on a buffet or in a fruit salad, I was right there picking them all out. My grandma would take me strawberry picking and I would eat 2 for every 1 that I put in the basket. Yum! Straeberries were on sale at our grovery store this weekend and when my husband saw them, he knew to grab some! He knows me!

So here is a fun strawberry birthday card made with a Papertrey Ink stamp set. I think it is called My Punny Valentine.

I love the sentiment! "Birthdays are the Berry Best." I also made the same card with the sentiment "I love you berry much." Someone sweet will be the recipient of these cards!!!

I am posting 2 days in a row!!! Crazy!!! But I am taking advantage of the fact that I have my husband home so much more now that he has graduated from nursing school. Plus, this cold, rainy, windy weather is perfect for stamping. Today I have a trio of cards to show you. When I made them, I was thinking they if I get some vanilla envelopes (I’m out!) and package them up pretty, these cards would make a nice little gift for any one of my super sweet friends!

I used the Upsy Daisy stamp set and the DSP is paper that SU! put out last Valentine’s Day. I still have a lot!

Thanks for stopping by to visit!

Ok so I have not posted in FOREVER. But the truth is that I stopped stamping completly during the fall. With the kids and my classes- l was just too tired, busy and not in the mood. But I am trying realy hard to get back to my stamping. Creating something always puts me in a good mood.

But I have to warn you…..I have not gotten any new stamps or paper in a very long time! I have a SU! party coming up this month and I can’t decide what to get! So many good things!!!! I am thinking that butterfly embosslit will be mine soon!!!!

Here ia card I made about a week ago. I used it as a birthday card for a little girl but since there is no sentiment on the front, it could really be used for anything!!!  I am still addicted to those flatback pearls from the Pretties kit but yesterday when I was at Michael’s I saw that the Recollections brand sells sheets of them with adhesive already on them. And in LOTS of colors. I might have to get some of those!!!

It is a very simple card. It is the first card I had stamped in about 3 months so I needed to go easy on myself! I did stamp the butterflies a second time on scraps and cut them out and pop them up with demensionals for a little interest.

Do you guys mind seeing my digi scrapbook pages? I have plenty of these but didn’t know if anyone was interested.

I am making no promises about when I will be back…..but I did stamp several cards yesterday! Just have to photograph them!

Happy crafting!

A new project- two days in a row- are you proud of me?! I sometimes miss the days when I blogged a new project every single day. I had so much more time to stamp. But most of the time, I am 100% happy with my decision to focus more on the kids and quit my business. These kids will only be this little once!

Enough of me being sappy! Here is ANOTHER card I made using the Papertrey stamp set Everyday Button Bits……

I swear I will be showing you some projects using a couple new stamp sets I got from SU!!! Next week!!! But when I got this set- I was so inspired that I whipped up like 5 cards in just a couple hours.

For this one I sponged some clouds with Bashful Blue ink. I also used that fancy Eyelet border punch from SU. The rest is from Papertrey Ink. Can you tell that I am starting to get a bit addicted to this cute little stamp company?!!!

Have a fantastic weekend! I will be back tomorrow with a fun digi scrapbook page!
